Two-Stage Air-Cooled Compression Main Unit
The rotor has no slip, no electrical excitation, and reduced copper and iron losses, with minimal heat generation, reducing stator current and stator resistance losses. Its efficiency is 5%-8% higher than the same capacity asynchronous motors, especially at low speeds, where high motor efficiency is still maintained.
Synchronous Motor with Stepless Speed Regulation
Electronic speed control is used in the two-stage compression process, allowing both the first and second-stage main units to achieve synchronous stepless speed regulation, meeting various requirements. The motor efficiency is 95.5%, saving 4.1% energy, with high torque and stable operation.
